Will & Grace
From TeeVeePedia, the Internet TV Encyclopedia.
Will & Grace was a short-lived variety series which aired for 12 episodes in 1952 on the DuMont network. It stared Will Rogers and Grace Kelly. Each show featured a mixture of country-western music performances, dramatic scenes, and appearances by the show's mascot, Jack, a three-year-old giraffe. The show was canceled after a Congressional investigation revealed that Will Rogers had passed away some years earlier and that the co-host of the program was actually Will Rogers, Jr.
DuMont tried to revive the show in 1995, this time as Ned & Stacey. It was even less successful.
