Okay, so here's the idea.

I want to do an April Fools edition of TeeVee.

The concept I've been toying with is "Midseason Replacement," wherein TeeVee is pulled out of its time slot temporarily and replaced with a lame midseason replacement site.

Some concepts I've considered:

  • The site is a lame TV show, a la "Crisis Center", and contains sample dialog, or a plot synopsis, or something like that
  • The site brings TeeVee-style criticism to bear on some other topic, perhaps some innocuous topic that is crushed under the onslaught of TeeVee-style hate
  • The replacement site is the opposite of TeeVee, a fawning love letter to sinister TV executive Warren Littlefield and his compatriots.

Any suggestions, or thoughts about what this site might look like and what it might contain? And if any of you can pitch in and help me create it?
