U2 is a well-known Irish punk rock band. They write and perform uplifting songs condemning man's inhumanity to man when sober, and sorrowful laments to their ex-girlfriends when drunk. Because of this, U2 has won at least one Grammy every year since 1985, as well as a bunch of other awards for saving the Earth and stuff like that.
