The Life and Times of Grizzly Adams
From TeeVeePedia, the Internet TV Encyclopedia.
The Life and Times of Grizzly Adams, also known as Grizzly Adams, was a weekly nature documentary that aired on NBC a long time ago. Based on the classic Disney documentary of the same name, The Life and Times of Grizzly Adams featured the (supposed) daily life of what the NBC publicity department called "One of Earth's most misunderstood creatures, the majestic Grizzly Bear".Most of the scenes in The Life and Times of Grizzly Adams were filmed in California's magnificent Jellystone National Park. After a disastrous first few episodes, cameramen were instructed to use long-range lenses while filming, which cut the death toll significantly. However, the danger never fully subsided and thus The Life and Times of Grizzly Adams left the air after only two seasons.
