The Godzilla Power Hour

The Godzilla Power Hour was a one-hour Hanna-Barbera sports project featuring the Japanese lizard facing basketball star Charles Barkley. The entire game didn't last long enough to fill the one-hour time slot, so footage of Godzilla destroying Japan as a result of his loss was incorporated.

It has been brought to DVD, where it has remarkably sold in the millions.

A brand of Nike shoes based on the show were produced in 1979, but at the time, no one knew what the hell Nike was.
