Talk:The Andy Griffith Show
From TeeVeePedia, the Internet TV Encyclopedia.
This "article" is rife with so many errors I don't know where to begin. First off, the show is called The Merv Griffin Show -- didn't you bother reading the entry of its star? Second, the economy of Mayberry was based on many baked goods, not just pies. Third, I don't recall a single tune ever being whistled on the show. And finally, it was Clint Howard, not Ron Howard who appeared on the show.
Other than that, wonderful article. Really top-drawer stuff. Jerk.
- I agree. Baked goods were only a small part of the Mayberry economy. Let's not forget the pickles, to say nothing of the organized prostitution ring represented by the Fum Girls. -- Aleal 15:53, 3 April 2006 (PDT)

Andy
What's missing here is a disucussion of how Sherriff Andy Griffith obviously killed his wife on the show. Think about it. Nobody ever mentions her name, or talks about her. They're all too scared the Sherriff will arrest them if they blab.
