President Lex Luthor

President Alexander "Lex" Luthor overcame a childhood in Smallville filled with receding hairlines and color blindness to become the only bald evil genius to win Campaign! in 1989. His vengeful plan to cut taxes ("Read my bald head: No new taxes!") and the method to his madness was enough to win audiences over.

Luthor was POTUS until 1993, when The Man of Steel uncovered a death threat to Ronald Reagan, to whom he had served Vice President. He is currently in the Legion of Doom and swears to get revenge on Superman and Reagan ("I swear, I'll dig him up and put him back down again!" he was heard saying in October 2004).

Luthor also has a son, Alexander Jr., who hasn't been seen since 1985.
