Grover the Monster was the first foam-rubber-based performer to win Campaign! His stirring rendition of "The Monster In The Mirror (The Wubba-Wubba song)" thrilled audiences and won him a massive victory. Grover's reign as POTUS was known as a time of madcap wackiness along with periods of melancholy reflection. Grover would later go on to be a featured performer on Sesame Street.
