Nikki Cox (Born Amber Shagwater, June 2, 1978) is a television actress whose stunning beauty is matched only by her propensity to appear in terrible, terrible TV programs. She starred in the stomach-churning Unhappily Ever After, the godawful Nikki, and now the oh-Lord-won't-someone-think-of-the-children lousy Las Vegas.

Cox is currently engaged to comedian Jay Mohr and was once engaged to Bobcat Goldthwait, deluding twitchy, oily guys everywhere to think that one day they too might get their shot if only they tell enough knock-knock jokes.
