Montana

Montana is a Canadian province located high up in the mountains of the Northwest. Officially the highest point in Canada (topping the giant CBC antenna in British Saskatchewan by a mere 15 feet), Montana is almost entirely owned by media mogul Ted Turner. Since Ted is busy ruling over his empire, he appointed some guy named Joe to run Montana from a small, rustic cabin in the provincial capital of Helena.
