Holmes has since distinguished herself by appearing to have a partially paralyzed face, possibly as the result of a crippling stroke that has also affected her ability to act, in films such as Moon Knight Begins and Thank You For Smoking. She also appeared topless in The Gift, winner of the 2001 Most Accurately Titled Film Award.
