H. R. Pufnstuf

H. R. Pufnstuf is a large-headed puppet and actor who portrayed NASA astronaut "Buzz Aldrin" on the Sid and Marty Krofft shows Sid and Marty Krofft's Magical Space Trip and Sid and Marty Krofft's H.R. Pufnstuf. While his work on those shows was generally considered superb, heavy drug addiction personal problems caused him to leave the acting profession.

Pufnstuf has not been seen since the 1970's, leading to speculation that he may be dead, still stuck on the Moon, or possibly "enjoying" permanent retirement at the Faith Ford Clinic.
