Grizzly Adams

Grizzly Adams, a seemingly innocent television show about a hirsute mountain man living in harmony with ferocious, slavering grizzly bears, has subsequently been revealed as vile propaganda in support of the Ursine Menace.

Ironically, star Dan Haggerty died in 1984, not at the hands of the shaggy killing machines whose cause he had willingly served, but after being eaten by his own beard.

Grizzly Adams' role was reprised by the similarly hairy character of Captain Caveman on the show Addams Family.
