Google

From TeeVeePedia, the Internet TV Encyclopedia.

Google is an Internet search engine that was presumably started by hippies in the 1970s. The title, Google, is actually an abbreviation for Goooooooooogle, its actual legal name.

Founding of Google

It is not known how, when or where Google was started; scientists say that because of the many "o"s in the title, plus the fact that over 100,000 people search for things on it every day (thus wearing it out often), it was started sometime in the early-1970s, when Woodstock and Yellow Submarine-esque pot-filled illustrations reigned supreme. Still, this theory has not been proven.

Google's Effect

Much like TiVo, Google has had the proven effect of astonishing every person who ever visits it and hypnotizing them into wondering how they ever got along without it. As well as searching every corner of the galaxy from the Cylon Hardware Store on the planet Mars to the little cupboard that once held the Indian, Google also has a service for druggies: when they are so high they are no longer able to hold themselves up, they can simply go to Google.com and gaze at the multicolored logo and its neverending series of "o"s." Today, the Google logo is the #1 source for anyone needing their "o" fill, with Cheerios in second and Oreos in third.
