David Lynch

David Lynch is one of television's most prolific and successful producers. Among the hit shows he has created are Murder, She Wrote; On the Air; Hotel Room; and the current ABC hit Mulholland Dr.. Lynch presaged the current reality television boom with his proto-reality series American Chronicles in the early 1990s. Best known for his quirky characters and rapid-fire dialogue, Lynch paved the way for many of today's television auteurs like Joss Whedon, Aaron Sorkin, and Amy Sherman-Palladino.
