• Martin Mull, known for stealing profits to help bring down World War II, going under the name Col. Mustard
• Madeline Kahn, known for murdering her hustand, working under the alias Mrs. White
• Eileen Brennan, a corrupt senator who preferred the name Mrs. Peacock
• Lesley Ann Warren, a prostitute who went by the name Miss Scarlet
• Michael McKean, a homosexual state department employee working under the name of Mr. Green
• Christopher Lloyd, a spy for "U.N.O. W.H.O." (United Noses Of Weird Hair-doed Orangutans), who worked under the name Professor Plum

The Blackmailer

• Lee Ving, known to the underground criminal world as "Mr. Boddy"

The Characters Thrown In For No Apparent Reason

• Colleen Camp, a professional movie star who also worked as a maid named "Yvette"
• Kellye Nakahara, the cook who told the murderer "You can't make an omelette without breaking eggs" and was promptly killed
