Cellular Telephones, or more informally Cell Phones, are small telephones that can fit easily into one's purse, pocket or jacket. Cell phones come in many makes, styles and colors. While the more expensive models are almost as useful as real telephones, most cell phones are mainly designed to send phone calls and text messages to television programs such as American Idol or Deal or No Deal. Cell phones are also used in NASCAR races, to make driving even more difficult and increase the number of accidents. While some people say that cell phones are useful items, the notable lack of cell phones on TV shows (and their inevitable failure when they do appear) proves that cell phone technology is just a temporary, flash-in-the-pan phase.
