Carlos Mencia

Carlos Mencia (born October 22, 1967) is a powerful wizard and television host on Comedy Central. Using the power of dark magic, he has successfully enchanted executives at the network, convincing them that he is actually Dave Chappelle. This has allowed his consistantly unfunny show, Mind of Mencia, to go into production for its second season in 2006.
