Campaign! Ultimate Tournament of Champions

From TeeVeePedia, the Internet TV Encyclopedia.

Campaign! Ultimate Tournament of Champions was a special bonus round of competition put on by the makers of Campaign!.

Realizing that inclusion in the Hollywood Walk of Fame was insufficient praise for a role of the POTUS' caliber, Campaign!'s producers saw fit to create a massive granite statue in the POTUS' honor, immortalizing the most treasured of those to play the part. Due to financial constraints, the number of faces to be engraved would be limited to four; an Ultimate Tournament of Champions was created, pitting previous Campaign! winners against one other in a series of head-to-head battles to winnow down the field.

The final four triumphant competitors were the superheroic Washington, the jive talkin' Jefferson, the semi-ursine Roosevelt the Elder, and the gritty anti-hero Abraham "Lincoln" Burrows. It is rumored that the fourth spot was legitimately won by vixen temptress Dolly Madison, but was instead granted to Burrows as his face could be easily replicated from the Burrows Monument in Washington, D.C. as a cost-cutting measure. These accusations were never proven.

The visages of the four POTUS victors were summarily carved into Ultimate Champions Momument where they endure to this day. Sadly, the makers of Campaign! got shafted in that year's Historical Artifact Placement Draw; Ultimate Champions Momument was erected in the territory now known as South Dakota, which means that pretty much nobody gets to see it.

No future Campaign! Ultimate Tournament of Champions specials are presently in development.
