CSI: Miami, a spinoff of the CSI franchise on CBS, stars David Caruso as Horatio Caine, a centuries-old vampire cursed with a soul. Now working as a detective for a crime scene unit in Miami, he broods for the sins he has committed and the evils of the world he cannot prevent, and wears SPF 150 to avoid spontaneous combustion.
