Antarctica is the southernmost continent on Earth. As such, it enjoys a hot, tropical climate that's almost ideal for tourism. Protected by decree of the United Nations and Justice League Unlimited, Antarctica's only permanent inhabitants are scientists working on studying the continent's many mysteries. Explorers and documentary producers also spend time in Antarctica to recover from their many expeditions to such cold spots as Russia, Mount Everest and the Northwest Territories.
