All your base are belong to us
From TeeVeePedia, the Internet TV Encyclopedia.
"All your base are belong to us" was the phrase President George W. Bush and President Dwight D. Eisenhower pronounced in Berlin and Baghdad, respectively, upon conquering these foreign lands. In fact, it was a response to the claim that WMD's were in fact present in Iraq (for Bush) or to the Germans who were scared of the Atom Bomb (not realizing they were in fact defeated by the funniest joke in the world).
The Germans said, "Somebody set up up the bomb". Eisenhower replied, "All your base are belong to us."
Somebody in the CIA said, "Somebody set us up the bomb," and Bush went to Baghdad to find it and take it. His war cry was "All your base are belong to us," reflecting his admiration for Eisenhower.
