According to Jim
From TeeVeePedia, the Internet TV Encyclopedia.
According to Jim is an alleged sitcom that will be airing on ABC for its sixth season this fall. The show is on television as the result of a pact between former Saturday Night Live star John Belushi and the Devil. Realizing that his time on Earth was drawing to a close, and knowing that his family couldn't continue doing cocaine make a living without his earnings from movies such as Animal House and The Blues Brothers, Belushi sold his soul to Satan in exchange for an acting career for his brother Jim Belushi.
Living up to its heritage, According to Jim has a demonic plot seemingly written in the depths of Hell itself. Jim Belushi plays a "typical" suburban husband named "Jim", probably to make learning his lines easier. Jim's wife Cheryl, played by Courtney Thorne-Smith, is of course a gorgeous MILF. Scientists using the laws of physics have determined that such a couple would have a 0.0000000003% chance of getting married in real life. Plots (such that they are) are typical sitcom plots: Jim is lazy, his wife and children complain a lot, there's lots of relatives stopping in, the usual sitcom boilerplate. Due to demonic intervention, the ratings for According to Jim remain high, and there's even talk about the show going into syndication.
In short: this show has aired for (at least) 6 seasons, which is probably more airtime than all your favorite "quality TV shows" combined ever got. Boy, that Devil guy is good.
