2Pac
From TeeVeePedia, the Internet TV Encyclopedia.
2Pac (real name 2Pac Shakac) was a minor player for the West Coast faction during the East Coast-West Coast rap feud. Although his posse claimed that 2Pac had killed hundreds of "East Coast Haterz", 2Pac's only known victim was fellow rapper The Notorious B.I.G.. In a running gun battle through the streets of Las Vegas, 2Pac and B.I.G. shot each other at least 70 times, according to eyewitness accounts. After the battle, 2Pac grew tired of "The Life" and faked his own death. After extensive plastic surgery, he re-emerged as "Snoop Dogg", in tribute to his mentor Snoop Doggy Dogg.
2Pac's most successful release was "Me Against The World", in which he describes his massacre of 300 police officers while driving his Cadillac through the mean streets of Compton. An edited version of the song was used as the title song of the game show 1 vs. 300.
